NetLander Earns SBA HUBZone Certification

NetLander is proud to have become an SBA Certified HUBZone Small Business. The NetLander team has worked very hard to serve its customers and community for 18 years, and the recent accomplishment opens up more opportunities for such work. 2014 Ed Beever Scholarship Winners Announced

NetLander’s Ed Beever Scholarship was awarded to two deserving recipients, Nitou Makidi and Jocelyn Beever, on March 27, 2014 for the 2014-2015 school year. The scholarship in the amount of $1,000 was awarded based on the essay topic “Describe your plan for America’s long term sustained economic growth”. Makidi attends the Georgia Institute of Technology where she majors in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering. Beever will attend Florida State University where she plans to major in Biology.

NetLander Part of Winning Millennium Engineering and Integration Company Team

NetLander is proud to be a part of a $97.2 million follow-on contract that NASA has awarded to Millennium Engineering and Integration Company of Arlington, Virginia. The contract will provide support services, including engineering and technical, as well as program and business management support to the Kennedy Ground Systems Development and Operations Program, at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

2013 Ed Beever Scholarship Winners Announced

NetLander’s Ed Beever Scholarship was awarded to two deserving recipients Collin Berry and Jonathan Beever on March 27, 2013 for the 2013-2014 school year. The scholarship in the amount of $1,000 was awarded based on the essay topic “Describe your plan for America’s long term sustained economic growth”. Berry plans to attend the University of Central Florida and Beever will attend University of Florida.

NetLander Expands Ed Beever Annual Scholarship

September 4, 2012 – Titusville, Fla. – NetLander, Inc. has announced that due to continued economic growth, the company will expand its annual Ed Beever Scholarship program to include two recipients, beginning in 2013.

“We’re excited about the growth NetLander is experiencing.  With that growth comes with an obligation to give back to the community.  We think the best way to do this is by supporting higher education and aiding people in paying for school, ” said Thomas Beever, NetLander President and CEO.  ”

Growing Brevard Company May Add IT Workers

The project management information technology company NetLander Inc., could hire at least five employees this year.

NetLander, which has 20 employees, works with NASA and other government agencies. The new hires would be information-technology specialists.

“We had pretty good growth last year,” said President Thomas Beever, who founded the company in 1998. “We’re being conservative when we say five new hires. We’re currently bidding on other contracts so the number might be more.”

The company also is accepting essay applications from high school an college students for the 6th annual Ed Beever Scholarship. The topic: Describe a plan for long-term sustained economic growth in the U.S. The three-page essays are due Feb. 28 and should be emailed to tbeever@netlander.com.

CK Communications in Melbourne adds NetLander to its growing base of clients

CK Communications, Inc., a full-service marketing agency based in Melbourne, Florida, announced the signing of its newest client, NetLander, Inc., an international IT project management contractor based in Titusville. Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) Go-Live at LRC

Titusville, Florida – June 21, 2011

As part of Netlander’s IT Project Management Services contract with NASA, they have completed their second Go-Live of the Agency-wide Electronic Health Records System. The first Go Live was at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, and this Go Live was at the Langley Research Center (LRC) in Virginia. This is number two in a series of fourteen Go Lives to be conducted as the system is rolled out in the next twenty-four months at NASA centers across the country. The process for a Go-Live consists of ensuring that a proper test strategy has been implemented, that operational support is in place, that the team has been trained, that funding and support contracts are in place for maintenance, and that the process for requirements, development, testing and deployment has been followed. “We are proud to be part of such an outstanding and successful undertaking”, said Tom Beever EHRS Project Manager, NetLander, Inc. He added, “The team is learning so much every day as we knock out the immense amount of work required to implement these types of systems”.
